Karen lives with her husband of 42 years and her son in this lovely Victorian Country style home in a small town in Missouri. She has lived in her home about 10 years and has made many renovations. When the home was first purchased, it had only one bedroom, one level and one bathroom. They have added on a second floor with a family room, three large bedrooms, storage room and bathroom.

She says that collecting antique dishes and family heirlooms are among her favorites. Daisies are her favorite flower and can be found on her curtain over her kitchen sink along with a daisy basket, which was a gift from her daughter.

Her front sitting porch is a favorite place to relax in the morning, with a cup of coffee or in the cool evenings. Karen also enjoys her flowers and ferns in the summer time and can be found watering them every morning. That's her time to visit with the neighbors and those out for a morning walk. She designed and made the rock sidewalk leading up to the front porch.

Welcome To Ball Cottage!

Ball Cottage is a beautiful Tudor style home that is located in a small town in Missouri. (Mtn. Grove) It is listed for sale and has been vacant for a long time. It's so sad to see it vacant because it would be such a lovely home to live in.

I toured this home on the last home tour that it was listed in and touring inside was quite the treat. It is first class building and decorating all the way. The listing for this home is priced at $695,000 which is $25,000 under the appraisal value. It has 8,572 square feet and 16 rooms. I hope that it doesn't have to sit vacant for much longer. It's such a lovely home to be empty.
